Delivery Info

We are proud of our speedy and professional logistics team who endeavour to package and despatch orders within 36 hours. With a proven track records in sales of bike pads numbering well into the several thousands, our logistics team are quick to inform us of current stock levels held in the warehouse and when the need comes to manufacture we still remain capable of delivering stock items within a short period. If for any reason you need to chase any particular order, please allow a short period of time for us to check with the courier company and revert.

Deliveries are usually within 7 to 10 working days if the products are in stock. If the products are not in stock an email will be sent advising the customer of current delivery times. This may vary depending on the time of year.

Products to the UK mainland/highly populated areas are dispatched using a 24 hour courier therefore accurate contact/telephone details are essential during the check-out process. We cannot be held responsible for charges incurred for wrong delivery addresses given and re-deliveries. These charges must be absorbed by the customer. Our courier will attempt to deliver twice before a recharge becomes applicable.

Rural areas not covered by the courier company are sent via Royal Mail registered post.

Delivery Costs

The following postage & packing costs are applicable to all orders placed from within the UK:

£15.00 for the first air/gel cushion and £4.00 for each additional cushion.

For motorcycle bike pads and all cushion/pad covers: £8.50 for the first item, £4.50 for each additional item.
